Is there a dedicated mobile app for the gathering?

No, there is not a dedicated mobile app for the gathering. Please refer to the Event Page - also available on mobile devices - for agenda and speaker information. 

Will there be Wi-Fi and charging stations available at the venues?

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi will be available at all three main venues. Login details will be displayed on signage throughout the halls. While we provide limited charging stations in the registration and networking areas, we recommend bringing a portable power bank if you intend to use your devices heavily throughout the day.

Are the F&B arrangements at the event Halal-certified?

No, the catering and dinners are not Halal-certified. However, there will be no pork products served at the event.

How can I get help during the event?

During the event, please visit the Registration and Information Desk located at the entrance of each venue. For urgent inquiries before the event, you can reach our coordination team at connect@cspglobal.org.

Where and how do I collect my pass for the Gathering?

You can pick up your badge at our registration table from 8:00am time at The Arts House on Day 1. There will be signs and staff directing you to the registration table.
