Will the session materials or recordings be available after the event?

The sessions will not be recorded. However, we aim to share presentation slides and resource links with all registered attendees, subject to individual speaker consent. We will notify you via email once the post-event resource portal is live.

What is the policy regarding photography and social media?

We encourage attendees to share their impressions! You are welcome to take photos and post to social media using the official event hashtag #EPICGathering2026. However, we ask that you respect the "Chatham House Rules" where specified, and refrain from filming full sessions to protect the intellectual property of our speakers.
