His mission is rooted in extensive advisory practice and action-research. He joined The Chinese University of Hong Kong's Centre for Family Business in 2019 and is the current Chair of HK4FAMILIES. Prior to this, he was Vice President (Asia Pacific) for Maple Leaf Educational Systems. Marshall has led over a dozen stewardship projects, building learning capacity and co-creating strategies to ensure legacy is honoured and managed.

Anisha Chugh is the Executive Director of Women's Fund Asia (WFA), a regional feminist fund based in Sri Lanka and Australia. Women’s Fund Asia supports groups and collectives led by women, girls, trans and intersex people in more than 22 countries in Asia. Women's Fund Asia has played a significant role in strengthening the resource architecture for the feminist movements in the global south and is part of the Leading from the South (LFS) Consortium as well as Accelerating Investments in Women's Rights (AIR) partnership. Women's Fund Asia co-chairs the steering committee of the Alliance for Feminists Movements. In addition, Anisha represents WFA on the Advisory Board of the Resilience Fund for Women & Girls in Global Value Chains Resilience Fund for Women & Girls in Global Value Chains and co-chairs the Steering Committee of the Human Rights Funders Network (HRFN). She also serves on the Board of Women Win and on the Steering Board of RISE - Reimagining Industry to Support Equality. Anisha has a Master’s in Modern Indian History from the University of Delhi and a Master's in Governance & Development from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex.
She oversees sustainability strategies and steers developmental and regulatory initiatives across MAS. Her work focuses on developing a vibrant sustainable and transition finance ecosystem, while driving collaborations with regional and international counterparts. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Ng served as Executive Director and Head of the Markets Policy & Consumer Department, where she led the formulation of policies in the capital markets to promote fair, orderly, and transparent markets; achieve equitable outcomes for investors; and shaping corporate governance standards. She also headed departments responsible for supervising market infrastructure including exchanges and central counterparties, and oversaw the regulation of securities offerings and takeover and merger transactions. Ms. Ng represented MAS at various international fora, including the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) where MAS chairs the Working Group on promoting corporate sustainability disclosures. She was deeply involved in the work at the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) dedicated to improving sustainability-related disclosures by securities issuers, and on the Fintech Taskforce examining policy issues related to digital assets and tokenisation. Before joining the MAS, Ms. Ng was with the Singapore Legal Service in the State Courts and the Attorney-General’s Chambers, and is admitted as Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Professor Annie Koh is Professor Emeritus of Finance (Practice) at Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). She chaired the Asian Bond Fund 2 supervisory committee for the Monetary Authority of Singapore from 2005 - 2023 and is currently a board member of Singapore Food Agency. Professor Koh is currently an independent director of AMTD IDEA Group, Mewah International Limited, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Ltd and Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. She serves as board member on non-profit organisations World Wide Fund for Nature (Singapore) and EtonHouse Community Fund. Additionally, she has been appointed as an Advisory Council member of the Center for Sustainable Finance & Private Wealth, and an Advisor for YouthTechSG.
Professor Koh also advises selected single-family offices and privately owned enterprises such as Flexxon Pte Ltd., HMI Group and TOP International, and startup company Pyxis Maritime Pte Ltd. Fernando Scodro is leading the ESG and impact investing arm of his family office, Grupo Baoba. Hanson Gong is a private impact investor, family office principal and systems change agent. Hanson brings 7 years of strategy and operation consulting experience at Deloitte Consulting working at Fortune 500 companies across the value chain from manufacturing, supply chain through retail. Chii Fen leads Programmes and Partnerships at the Centre for Impact Investing and Practices (CIIP), where her work includes designing flagship venture capacity-building initiatives and advancing catalytic capital and blended finance solutions. Her thematic focus spans financial inclusion, climate adaptation, and complex intersectional impact areas. Previously, she was part of Bain & Company (UK and Southeast Asia), most recently at its Global Sustainability Innovation Center in Singapore, working on sustainability, strategy, and transformation consulting across non-profit, social enterprise, agri-food, and private equity. She began her career with UNICEF on child well-being and education projects. Chii Fen holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology from Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD.
Jaime is the founding partner of Ocean Capital and a third-generation member of a global family conglomerate headquartered in Hong Kong. He is also the venture partner of Bitrock Capital, a leading investment firm focusing on FinTech, AI and Digital Assets. Joost is Managing Partner at Double Delta, an impact advisory firm spun out of the impact investment business he led at Credit Suisse. Joseph founded his recycling project in 2022 when he was only 10 years old. His mission was to clean up Bali and pay for local children to go to school. Kevin Teo is Head of AVPN’s ImpactCollab platform. As AVPN’s first employee in 2011, he has shaped the organization by launching its Membership, Knowledge Centre, and Deal Share platforms, and recently led digital transformation and global market engagements.
Previously, Kevin was a Founding Partner at Volans and led East/Southeast Asia for the Schwab Foundation at the World Economic Forum. Lesly Goh is scientist and an international policy advisor specializing in the application of data and technology innovations across emerging markets, with domain expertise in FinTech, AgTech, Climate, and Digital Government Transformation. In October 2023, she was invited to the Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio Center to design a multi‑stakeholder innovation ecosystem for carbon sequestration, focusing on how biodiversity can deliver the “triple win” of healthy people, a healthy planet, and a healthy economy.
Lesly is a Senior Technical Advisor and former Chief Technology Officer at the World Bank Group. She serves as a Fulbright Specialist, a Fellow at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, and a Senior Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.

Marshall is a dedicated Chief Steward Officer, applying a scholarly practitioner approach work with Asian family firms in solving challenges and fostering multi-generational legacies. His mission is rooted in extensive advisory practice and action-research. He joined The Chinese University of Hong Kong's Centre for Family Business in 2019 and is the current Chair of HK4FAMILIES. Prior to this, he was Vice President (Asia Pacific) for Maple Leaf Educational Systems. Marshall has led over a dozen stewardship projects, building learning capacity and co-creating strategies to ensure legacy is honoured and managed.

Previously, Seth was CEO of Emerging360, an international development consultancy working on women's entrepreneurship, SME development, and inclusive value chain initiatives in emerging markets.
Before that, he served for 14 years as lead strategy and product advisor to IFC and the World Bank, innovating solutions for dozens of financial institutions in 40+ countries to build the capacity of 30 million SMEs in 18 languages. He is also Co-Founder of Walk the Walk USA, a democracy preservation initiative that mobilizes philanthropic capital to power strategic civic engagement initiatives in historically disenfranchised communities in the U.S.

As Development Manager (Asia), Simren advances EMpower’s mission by building partnerships and mobilising resources to expand opportunities for young people, championing human-centered philanthropy for lasting impact. Previously at The Majurity Trust, she led initiatives in children's education, youth mental health and seniors’ wellbeing, managing $2M - $10M funds. She also contributed to homelessness research at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, supporting evidence-informed policy. Globally, she has supported community-based organisations directly, including pro-bono fundraising in Africa securing $300,000+ for livelihoods and food security. She holds degrees from Oxford and Cambridge and is an AVPN Strategic Philanthropy Fellow.
Sue Toomey brings over two decades of leadership experience across Asia, where she has built businesses, led mission-driven organisations, and championed social impact. As CEO of Asia Community Foundation, she leads efforts to unlock greater giving across the region, stewarding capital and supporting cross-border philanthropy. She and the ACF team support donors by connecting them with high-impact nonprofits and creating opportunities for more informed, intentional philanthropy. Earlier in her career, Sue led The Economist’s global events business, engaging senior business and government leaders across Asia and worldwide. She later served as Executive Director of HandsOn Hong Kong and in a leadership role at Asia Philanthropy Circle. She also launched a social enterprise in India and led brand marketing and event strategy in roles in the US and India. Sue holds an M.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Southern California.
Sumitra is a fourth-generation family member of Tolaram, and has held leadership roles organisation since 2017, most recently as Head of Purpose and Sustainability, and previously as Executive Director of the Ishk Tolaram Foundation. She currently serves as Strategic Advisor (Stewardship and Impact).
Alongside this, Sumitra contributes her time to like-minded organisations such as CSP, FBN, Generation Pledge, Nexus Global, and the Community Foundation of Singapore.
Sumitra holds an MBBS from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge. She is raising two young daughters and cultivating her creative and spiritual practices.
Sumitra Pasupathy is a social innovator, ecosystem weaver and systems change leader, with over 25 years of experience in collaborative innovation globally across business and impact sectors. She is the Founder of KAI, a philanthropy advisory, and Co-Founder of Philanthropy Dialogues, a global majority-led action and learning platform that advances inclusive, equitable systems transformation for climate and planetary well-being by creating whole-ecosystem resilience. She is also part of the founding community at Asia Climate Lab, which facilitates in deeply trusted spaces for change leadership, organisational transformation and collaborative impact in the climate and nature fields.
Previously, Sumitra co-founded Playeum, Singapore’s pioneering organisation for learning through play, and served as the Executive Director of Ashoka Innovators for the Public for Malaysia and Singapore. She is a Skoll Fellow, serves on the board of the Singapore Art Museum, Avanti Fellows, and Playeum. She also advises Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors’ Shifting Systems Initiative.
