Jaime is the founding partner of Ocean Capital and a third-generation member of a global family conglomerate headquartered in Hong Kong. He is also the venture partner of Bitrock Capital, a leading investment firm focusing on FinTech, AI and Digital Assets. Abigail Ng

Chief Sustainability Officer, Monetary Authority of Singapore

She oversees sustainability strategies and steers developmental and regulatory initiatives across MAS. Her work focuses on developing a vibrant sustainable and transition finance ecosystem, while driving collaborations with regional and international counterparts. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Ng served as Executive Director and Head of the Markets Policy & Consumer Department, where she led the formulation of policies in the capital markets to promote fair, orderly, and transparent markets; achieve equitable outcomes for investors; and shaping corporate governance standards. She also headed departments responsible for supervising market infrastructure including exchanges and central counterparties, and oversaw the regulation of securities offerings and takeover and merger transactions. Ms. Ng represented MAS at various international fora, including the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) where MAS chairs the Working Group on promoting corporate sustainability disclosures. She was deeply involved in the work at the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) dedicated to improving sustainability-related disclosures by securities issuers, and on the Fintech Taskforce examining policy issues related to digital assets and tokenisation. Before joining the MAS, Ms. Ng was with the Singapore Legal Service in the State Courts and the Attorney-General’s Chambers, and is admitted as Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Professor Annie Koh is Professor Emeritus of Finance (Practice) at Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). She chaired the Asian Bond Fund 2 supervisory committee for the Monetary Authority of Singapore from 2005 - 2023 and is currently a board member of Singapore Food Agency. Professor Koh is currently an independent director of AMTD IDEA Group, Mewah International Limited, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Ltd and Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. She serves as board member on non-profit organisations World Wide Fund for Nature (Singapore) and EtonHouse Community Fund. Additionally, she has been appointed as an Advisory Council member of the Center for Sustainable Finance & Private Wealth, and an Advisor for YouthTechSG.

Professor Koh also advises selected single-family offices and privately owned enterprises such as Flexxon Pte Ltd., HMI Group and TOP International, and startup company Pyxis Maritime Pte Ltd. To date, CSP has mobilized up to $32 billion  toward climate, social equity and the UN SDGs, training hundreds of (ultra-)high net wealth holders, next gen inheritors, and their advisors on the latest evidence-backed research on sustainable finance and impact investing issues. Previously, Seth was CEO of Emerging360, an international development consultancy working on women's entrepreneurship, SME development, and inclusive value chain initiatives in emerging markets.

Before that, he served for 14 years as lead strategy and product advisor to IFC and the World Bank, innovating solutions for dozens of financial institutions in 40+ countries to build the capacity of 30 million SMEs in 18 languages. He is also Co-Founder of Walk the Walk USA, a democracy preservation initiative that mobilizes philanthropic capital to power strategic civic engagement initiatives in historically disenfranchised communities in the U.S.
