She oversees sustainability strategies and steers developmental and regulatory initiatives across MAS. Her work focuses on developing a vibrant sustainable and transition finance ecosystem, while driving collaborations with regional and international counterparts. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Ng served as Executive Director and Head of the Markets Policy & Consumer Department, where she led the formulation of policies in the capital markets to promote fair, orderly, and transparent markets; achieve equitable outcomes for investors; and shaping corporate governance standards. She also headed departments responsible for supervising market infrastructure including exchanges and central counterparties, and oversaw the regulation of securities offerings and takeover and merger transactions. Ms. Ng represented MAS at various international fora, including the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) where MAS chairs the Working Group on promoting corporate sustainability disclosures. She was deeply involved in the work at the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) dedicated to improving sustainability-related disclosures by securities issuers, and on the Fintech Taskforce examining policy issues related to digital assets and tokenisation. Before joining the MAS, Ms. Ng was with the Singapore Legal Service in the State Courts and the Attorney-General’s Chambers, and is admitted as Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Aunnie Patton Power works at the forefront of innovative finance, catalyzing inclusive and fit-for-purpose models that unlock systemic change. She is the Founding Director of the Innovative Finance Initiative (IFI), Associate Fellow at Oxford’s Saïd Business School, Visiting Fellow at LSE’s Marshall Institute, Impact Fellow at The ImPact, and Academic Director of the BEAM Network.
Aunnie sits on the investment committee of Nyala Venture, and serves on the Social and Ethics Committee of JUMO. She is also the founder of Impact Finance Pro and a founding member of Dazzle Angels, advancing gender-lens investing.

Her first book, Adventure Finance (2021), introduced practical tools and bold ideas for mobilizing capital to start-ups through innovative deal structures. She is working on her second book on innovative fund structures for impact. A former M&A banker turned “adventure financier,” Aunnie began her impact journey in India and has since worked across five continents with investors, entrepreneurs, governments, and development finance institutions.

Bjoern Struewer is the founder and Co-CEO of Roots of Impact, acting as a trusted advisor and fund manager for impact investors, philanthropists, and catalytic funders. Through its unique impact-by-design approach, Roots of Impact unlocks the potential of capital across the full spectrum to deliver positive outcomes for people and the planet.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in the finance sector, including 12 years at Credit Suisse, most recently as a Managing Director in Private Wealth Management.

Carissa operates at the intersection of family enterprise, capital, and sustainability. Originally establishing herself through her sustainable fashion venture, Earthkind, a sustainable fashion and conscious living platform, she has now returned to her family business with a clear mission: reshaping traditional models through climate and impact-led strategy.

Today, she leads sustainability and climate transition efforts across the family’s manufacturing operations while building an impact-oriented investment portfolio within the family office. Her work centres on emissions reduction, responsible supply chains, and deploying capital into the circular economy, energy, and sustainability across Southeast Asia.

Cindy is Vice President at Double Delta and a key member of the Investment Team, bringing deep expertise across the full investment lifecycle, from opportunity screening and on-site due diligence to impact assessment. She plays a central role in strategic decision-making and in driving impact performance across the portfolio.

Beyond this, she also spearheads strategic initiatives at both fund and company levels. Notable projects include a circular fashion initiative in Indonesia supported by a DFI and family foundation, advising a renewable energy portfolio company on monetizing RECs, and developing a centralized impact data platform for portfolio-wide metrics and investor reporting.

Diepak Elmer is the Deputy Ambassador and Head of Cooperation at the Embassy of Switzerland in Bangladesh. Until August 2025, he served as Head of the Economy and Education Section at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation’s headquarters in Switzerland. A senior development professional and diplomat, he has held leadership roles in Switzerland and abroad, working across Asia, Latin America, and Southern Africa. His career began in the private financial sector in Geneva and London, followed by work as an Economist at the World Bank. He holds master’s degrees from the University of Cambridge and the Geneva Graduate Institute and is committed to advancing a purpose-driven impact economy through sustainable and inclusive partnerships.

Inspiring unimagined possibilities through leadership development, systems and personal transformation is underpinned by Renu’s 38 years of business, leadership and academic experience. Renu is a highly skilled executive coach and workshop facilitator working across all industry sectors globally and in Australia through her consulting practice Burr Consulting.

She was a faculty member at the University of Western Australia’s Business School from 1991-2023. Currently Renu is part of the Extended Faculty for the Presencing Institute's Ecosystem Leadership Asia-Pacific Program. She has also been on the faculty of the IDEAS Asia-Pacific Leadership Program offered in partnership by UID and MIT’s Sloan School of Management's Global Executive Development Programs.

Professor Annie Koh is Professor Emeritus of Finance (Practice) at Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). She chaired the Asian Bond Fund 2 supervisory committee for the Monetary Authority of Singapore from 2005 - 2023 and is currently a board member of Singapore Food Agency. Professor Koh is currently an independent director of AMTD IDEA Group, Mewah International Limited, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Ltd and Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. She serves as board member on non-profit organisations World Wide Fund for Nature (Singapore) and EtonHouse Community Fund. Additionally, she has been appointed as an Advisory Council member of the Center for Sustainable Finance & Private Wealth, and an Advisor for YouthTechSG.

Professor Koh also advises selected single-family offices and privately owned enterprises such as Flexxon Pte Ltd., HMI Group and TOP International, and startup company Pyxis Maritime Pte Ltd. Previously held leadership positions at SMU before January 2021 include Vice President for Business Development; V3 Group Professor of Family Entrepreneurship; Academic Director of Business Families Institute and International Trading Institute; Associate Dean, Lee Kong Chian School of Business; and Dean, Office of Executive and Professional Education.

Professor Koh received her Ph.D. degree in International Finance as a Fulbright scholar from Stern School of Business, New York University in 1988. In recognition of her contribution to education and the public sector, she was awarded the bronze and silver Singapore Public Administration medal in 2010 and 2016 respectively, the Adult Education Prism Award in 2017 and the Tripartite Alliance Award in 2023.

Born in Berlin and now living in Zurich, Dr. Falko Paetzold is focused on training and research programs that help wealth holders have more positive impact with all their forms of capital. He co-founded the Next Gen Impact Investing program at Harvard University in 2015, and spun-out the Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP) with teams in Singapore, Zurich and the U.S., and the academic home at University of St.Gallen led by him.

Falko was a Fellow at Harvard, PostDoc at MIT Sloan, Sustainability Analyst at Bank Vontobel, Partner at sustainable investing consultancy Contrast Capital, assistant professor at EBS University, and held advisory board seats at organisations like Pictet, Zurich Cantonal Bank, Inyova.

Falko holds a PhD from University of Zurich and an MBA from University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland.

Fernando Scodro is leading the ESG and impact investing arm of his family office, Grupo Baoba. He devised an ESG integration strategy for all of his family’s assets and is currently implementing them across the portfolio focusing on the liquid side of the portfolio. Fernando also engages with the ecosystem having served on the Global Board of The ImPact, a network of family offices that seek to align their values with their investments and do more impact investments more effectively, and sits on CSP’s Advisory Board.

Hilda Sin is Director APAC at PRI, leading efforts to advance responsible investment practices in the region. She brings extensive banking and consulting experience having built a career over 25 years spanning investment advisory and corporate strategy, including key roles at Julius Baer, RBS Coutts, Credit Suisse and Accenture. Hilda transitioned to sustainable finance in 2021 as a consultant at UNDP developing strategic partnerships with institutional investors and senior advisor at Green Finance Institute focusing on key interventions to unlock sustainable finance in Southeast Asia. Hilda has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA (Economics) from UC Berkeley.

Jaime is the founding partner of Ocean Capital and a third-generation member of a global family conglomerate headquartered in Hong Kong. He is also the venture partner of Bitrock Capital, a leading investment firm focusing on FinTech, AI and Digital Assets. Outside of his work, he is the Project Director (Family Engagement) and one of the seven NxGen Ambassadors at CUHK Centre for Family Business, where he volunteers his time to help next generation members embrace the identity of family firms and promote the family office ecosystem in Hong Kong.

Jaime has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, notably having served as Chief Investment Officer of GLy Capital, the offshore investment arm of the Geely Group. A Cornell graduate and CFA Charterholder, he also managed USD and RMB funds at CCBI Asset Management and SPDBI Investment Management.

James has over 13 years experience supporting the development of responsible investment in Asia, having worked with the regional body ASrIA (The Association for Sustainable & Responsible Investment in Asia) before joining the PRI in 2015.

At the PRI as Head of Asia (ex-China & Japan) James has been closely involved in advancing the adoption of responsible investment in the region with responsibilities including managing and growing the PRI’s signatory base in Asia, supporting project and policy activities, and working closely with investors, partner organisations and stakeholders to build capacity and support RI ecosystem development across local markets.

Joost is Managing Partner at Double Delta, an impact advisory firm spun out of the impact investment business he led at Credit Suisse. During his 17-year tenure, he helped shape the bank’s impact investing and sustainable finance agenda in Asia, including the launch and management of the Asia Impact Investment Fund series.

Today, he focuses on advancing Double Delta’s growth by expanding its work in areas such as Asia-focused impact credit, while deepening the firm’s climate focus and strengthening its impact measurement and management capabilities. He works closely with family offices, institutional investors, and portfolio companies across Asia and Europe, and teaches at leading business schools including INSEAD, Wharton, St Gallen, and NUS.

Jonathan Harris is a trusted advisor to families, foundations, and policymakers on investor impact across asset classes, including organizations such as the Global Health Investment Corporation and Lionheart Ventures. Previously, he co-founded a climate-focused fintech and worked as a quantitative researcher at Credit Suisse and other firms. From his startup experience, Jonathan is a member and ambassador for Founders Pledge. He is a Research Affiliate at MIT Sloan and holds an MS in Financial Mathematics from Stanford and a PhD in Finance from EDHEC.

Joseph founded his recycling project in 2022 when he was only 10 years old. His mission was to clean up Bali and pay for local children to go to school. Joseph’s environmental stewardship has been recognised by the UN, he has featured in a film and has been invited as a keynote speaker to many events. He continues to visit schools and educate his peers on the dangers of plastic. He encourages others his age to take action now.

He is also the Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple Professor of Conservation, and Director of the Centre for Nature-based Climate Solutions.

His previous stints include Swiss National Science Foundation Professor at ETH Zurich, Chair of Applied Ecology and Conservation at the University of Adelaide, Vice President of Science Partnerships and Innovation at Conservation International.

Marshall is a dedicated Chief Steward Officer, applying a scholarly practitioner approach work with Asian family firms in solving challenges and fostering multi-generational legacies. His mission is rooted in extensive advisory practice and action-research. He joined The Chinese University of Hong Kong's Centre for Family Business in 2019 and is the current Chair of HK4FAMILIES. Prior to this, he was Vice President (Asia Pacific) for Maple Leaf Educational Systems. Marshall has led over a dozen stewardship projects, building learning capacity and co-creating strategies to ensure legacy is honoured and managed.

Marshall holds a degree in Education from Simon Fraser University and an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is one of ten Executive Doctoral Candidates of Business Administration (Class '24) at The University of Liverpool. He serves as a board member for the Canadian International School in Singapore and Kingsley International School in Malaysia, and serves as a council member of the Consumer Council in Hong Kong.

Matt Severson is the Founder & Managing Partner of Englewood Capital, a climate & sustainability focused fund that connects individuals & families with a diversified portfolio of leading funds, companies, and projects. Prior to Englewood, Matt managed the Battery Minerals Supply Chain at Tesla. He has a BA from Brown University and a MBA from Harvard University.

Nicolo Castiglione is the Founder and Managing Partner of Archipelago VC (AVC), an early-stage, pioneer impact venture capital fund in Southeast Asia, and the Founder of Bali Investment Club (BIC), one of Indonesia’s most active impact angel networks. With over 12 years of experience as a founder-operator turned investor, he focuses on backing exceptional early-stage founders in climate, circular economy, and inclusive growth. Olivier has 4+ years of experience investing in early-stage startups across Southeast Asia, from waste management to EV logistics initiatives. Seth is Managing Director, Americas for the Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP), a research and training nonprofit. To date, CSP has mobilized up to $32 billion  toward climate, social equity and the UN SDGs, training hundreds of (ultra-)high net wealth holders, next gen inheritors, and their advisors on the latest evidence-backed research on sustainable finance and impact investing issues. Previously, Seth was CEO of Emerging360, an international development consultancy working on women's entrepreneurship, SME development, and inclusive value chain initiatives in emerging markets.

Before that, he served for 14 years as lead strategy and product advisor to IFC and the World Bank, innovating solutions for dozens of financial institutions in 40+ countries to build the capacity of 30 million SMEs in 18 languages. He is also Co-Founder of Walk the Walk USA, a democracy preservation initiative that mobilizes philanthropic capital to power strategic civic engagement initiatives in historically disenfranchised communities in the U.S.

Seth did Ph.D. work at Harvard, a Fulbright in Sri Lanka, and a B.A. at Swarthmore College. He’s based in Berkeley, California.

Sumitra is a fourth-generation family member of Tolaram, and has held leadership roles organisation since 2017, most recently as Head of Purpose and Sustainability, and previously as Executive Director of the Ishk Tolaram Foundation. She currently serves as Strategic Advisor (Stewardship and Impact).

Alongside this, Sumitra contributes her time to like-minded organisations such as CSP,  FBN, Generation Pledge, Nexus Global, and the Community Foundation of Singapore.

Sumitra holds an MBBS from the National University of Singapore and a Master’s in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge. She is raising two young daughters and cultivating her creative and spiritual practices. 

Sumitra Pasupathy is a social innovator, ecosystem weaver and systems change leader, with over 25 years of experience in collaborative innovation globally across business and impact sectors. She is the Founder of KAI, a philanthropy advisory, and Co-Founder of Philanthropy Dialogues, a global majority-led action and learning platform that advances inclusive, equitable systems transformation for climate and planetary well-being by creating whole-ecosystem resilience. She is also part of the founding community at Asia Climate Lab, which facilitates in deeply trusted spaces for change leadership, organisational transformation and collaborative impact in the climate and nature fields.

Previously, Sumitra co-founded Playeum, Singapore’s pioneering organisation for learning through play, and served as the Executive Director of Ashoka Innovators for the Public for Malaysia and Singapore. She is a Skoll Fellow, serves on the board of the Singapore Art Museum, Avanti Fellows, and Playeum. She also advises Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors’ Shifting Systems Initiative.

She coaches on inner leadership, in order to holistically shift the full continuum of capital, leadership, and governance. Her early career stems from product innovation, securing two patents. She has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from INSEAD
